Point of clarification, not necessarily my kidney, but a kidney.

But Jason, if they build that sport brake that you shopped up, none of that bunny stuff will matter to me. I would sell a kidney for that.

In high school I was a prep cook for an upscale sea food restaurant. My crew cleaned and chopped all the vegetables for the salad bar and did prep work on the entrees. On a typical afternoon we would thaw, peel and de-vane 30 to 50 lbs. of shrimp. Once the shrimp were clean we would marinate some of them in teriyaki

In this rare case the answer ISN'T Miata. My '92 Miata has more working room under the hood than some apartments I have lived in.

Someone may have already said this, but they really should leave a few of these cars the way they look coming out of the ground. I think they would be a real crowd draw. People love to rubberneck wrecks. Plus it is a hell of a story.

I think that is a SAAB in the background. Still sad to see the rust though.

I have such a crush on Allison Janney

When I bought my first new car, a Mazda 323 in 1990, I was so excited to have something clean and new I partially disassembled it. I think it was because all the beaters I had owned previously always had rusted, frozen bolts and broken fasteners. I started by removing the front seats and then the inner door panels.

As a bit of a Cougar cub I will just go ahead and say I think she is sort of hot in a "I am doing my own thing, F you" sort of way. It may not be your cup of tea, but I bet she is a beast in bed.

Did anyone else feel like Masa when that spring kicked out?

I remember reading a quote in a vintage motorcycle journal that, "there are no cheep Vincents". I think the same may be true for Farrari'. One way or another you are going to pay. Perhaps the least expensive hope for this car is to resign yourself (and bank account) to doing a small block chevy swap ASAP and drive it

Front end looks good, but I am starting to think that side view mirrors look ridiculous. They are over wrought on the Pagani Huayra and the look just as conspicuous here. Isn't it time they all disappeared in the name of aero? If VW can get side view cameras approved for road use surely Ferrari can too.

You nailed it, looks like a catfish. Ford did this with the Focus too. Both look better in the base model. Oh well, I may still buy one.

I was looking for a light weight fuel efficient commuter. I was intrigued by the Scion IQ but they released it without a manual transmission option. That got me thinking that I wanted one more completely analog car. I started searching for a car with a manual transmission, hand crank windows, no ABS, no stability
