hoesntly i would be one of the people shouting at everyone to move and leave their bags, but i don't know if that is effective or not

i usually carry the important things in a backpack and leave it under the seat, so in a emergency it would be right there and easy to grab if it were the case. it also helps that since i'm a avid plane spotter, i don't have to crawl out of the window seat (bc i really prefer a window to take photos out of) to open up
