Explorers are a good choice, so are Tahoe/Suburbans, good luck with your search!

While it’s not a V4 just an inline motor, you can get Detroit 4-53 (T if you want turbo) big displacement 4cyl two stroke supercharged diesel, with pure mechanical injection system!

I believe Mazda MX3 came with optional 1.8l V6, one of smaller production motors, Since they either put a 4 cyl turbo or a V6 in almost everything nowdays, I guess a small V6 could make a comeback...

Yet still in nearby future at a car meet:

Full size SUV/van would be good for towing your track car, V10 E350 passenger if you need to carry more people than yourself +1 otherwise cargo version will do fine, also will be cheaper to purchase...

    So were type r civics...

Looks quite mad mmax’y in its own way, especially if you’ll listen to that guy... Now I guess it’s time for a Powerstroke Mustang...

I’ve got a bunch of full size vans, maybe that’s why I’m single...

The only thing Homda should copy would be an AWD system...

Keep it as it is or trade vehicles with me and have a clean slate instead.... lol (do at your own risk, mine is a low mileage money pit) : )

Keep the 7.3, they are getting hard to come by

I know this pain way to well, these vehicles rarley get a chance to warm up properly when they take off to a call, later on they idle several hours to keep the equipment going... especially diesel ones are run down as hell, on the plus side, selling all of the 6 batteries and inverters usually covers your maintenance

Your 93 had a PMD controlled pump? Do you recall any other strange things? Was it a mid year model? Just curious...

Or grounding issue, he mentioned rusty subframe...

Don’t forget #53 casting cummins blocks...

That junk can have its good sides when treated properly, 6.2/6.5 parts are dirt cheap, so are the trucks, and 93 and older has true mechanical injection (more reliable than newer models)

Yeah those ads are hilarious, especially if it says something like “$600 nice car no rust motor gone”

So it is a shatp pencil powered by a pencil sharpener?

CP - not a ‘syncro’ or ‘tdi’

I was just about to post that, so starred instead !
