THIS. What I don’t understand is, even if you believe that you recognize someone who has been breaking in, why confront them? And with a gun? They could have called and reported him and MAYBE followed at a distance while staying on the phone to say where he is.

The video evidence is damning, and the police phone call is even more damning, as I’ll explain.

This looks like premeditated murder. IMO That’s how it should be charged.

Why is that guy recording something that in the first few seconds looks completely normal and boring, while driving? This wasn’t dash-cam footage.

Let’s not ignore the that the person with the camera already has it rolling before the confrontation, and they don’t appear to be even remotely phased by what takes place in front of them...

The Glynn County police had the video since they started they started the “investigation”. The guy in the car recording was an accomplice. They had the video and decided that “nope, story checks out... let ‘em go” and someone leaked the video to press anonomously that helped fan the national outrage.

This was a lynching. Plain and simple. The fact that these Klansmen are still walking free, when the local police know who they are and where they are says everything that needs to be said. And another “grand jury” 🙄 The whole “justice” system exists to uphold the White supremacist capitalist order.

I’d say that this should be investigated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Justice Department but with Kemp and Barr in charge I will not hold my breath. 

What’s sad is without this video, they likely would have walked, as it looks like the DAs office was doing everything possible to avoid charges.
