I going to make a movie about a group of people on a submersible cruise ship hunting giant nuclear sharks, but then giant robots invade the Earth and grab the ship, shake it around, and then throw it into a volcanic hurricane! And the movie will be called AAAIIIEEE!!!

@whormongr: Wouldn't say it's just a kid's story, I really liked it, but I kinda think you're right that it doesn't belong on this list. Doesn't feel science fiction or fantasy to me.

I disagree about Predators being in the top 10 best, that movie was trying too hard to be Predator 1, lacked the gritty energy of other Rodriguez flicks, and whereas 1 and 2 both contributed something, this one contributed nothing. We learned nothing new that we didn't already know or suspect.

Getting your augmented reality hacked would sure suck.

Again, how is it different from movies that depict real world conflicts? I doubt if the person quoted in the above photo would have felt any better if he was working on The Hurt Locker.

How is it an optical illusion? Picture 2 2 clearly shows that it is waterfront property.

I'm suprised this isn't more common knowledge in the animation community. It's pretty clear that every Robert Zemeckis CG flick has utterly failed to grasp this concept.

I was intriqued by the game when I heard about it, but felt the demo failed to live up to the potential. That said, it sounds like they plan to fix everything that bugged me, so heck, I'll buy it post patch for sure!
