Of course, they will dismiss them. If she fights them, using the Texas law as her defense, then the state of Texas will have to fight against their own law while simultaneously saying that that law is still valid, just not for her...

Good thing all those republican senators from red states (that need the most infrastructure help) voted to pass the Infrastructure bill.  What?  Oh, that was awkward...

I guess you missed the “early 2000s” part. Yikes. Who mentioned 2015?  Not me.  Reading is fundamental...

And yeah, you couldn’t get a TDI in CA in the early 2000's. Here’s a thread on TDIClub talking about it (finding one is a “miracle”):

For those freaking out - remember - this is a ban on NEW CAR SALES, not used. Also this is not a registration ban. You can still buy a “used” new car, or bring one in from out of state.

CA banned diesel for a couple years back in the late 90's early 2000's. I purchased a “used” TDI at a CA dealership. No problem

Well, we are at 18 minutes with the 800v architecture that Hyundai/KIA uses today, so...

I’m sure all the horny sea lions are on the lookout for a...

Loose seal.

I’ll see myself out.  Don’t forget to tip your waitress!

The Plaid is expensive AF and they can’t even put (fake) leather stitched around the yoke. That looks like sprayed on headliner material.

My “made in Mexico” 2001 VW TDI base model with 300K miles looks better than that, and it has a rubber steering wheel cover material (base model = no leather in the interior).

Who’s going to tell Karen here that things can be delivered now?

A lot of EV do, either for regen settings or different drive modes. It wouldn’t be hard to implement a mode like the vette that allows the driver to “rev” the motor.  I mean, it’s just sound, no need to actually make the electric motor do anything or to go into neutral.    Maybe a button on the steering wheel that

It’s all about money. Tax write off so I’m sure the stockholders can get a couple dollars more.

Doesn’t the new Vette have a feature that allows you to pull both shift paddles to put it in neutral so you can rev your automatic sports car without having to shift gears to do so? I don’t see why they can’t do that here.

The ALH version of the VW TDI motors, especially if the sound cladding has been removed.

The entire show is about catching criminals by jumping into a virtual recreation of the criminals’ mind...

FYI, if you own a BMW you can program the number of “flashes” a light tap of the stalk makes.  I believe the default is 3, which is good for fast lane changes but may not be enough for longer changes.

There was an anime that aired about 2 years ago called Case File n°221: Kabukicho. It was a retelling of Sherlock Holmes in modern times, and Sherlock would explain his findings at the end of each mystery in Rakugo style.

Ford made the right call. And you’re a prime example. Even if you hate it, you let the Mach-E live in your mind RENT FREE, lol.

Good job Ford. EVERYONE knows the Mach-E. Even James. That’s the kind of marketing they’ll be teaching in university marketing classes for decades to come.

yes! Even though they are corporate cousins, Hyundai classifies the 5 as an SUV while KIA classifies the same vehicle (6) as a sedan (it’s more of a wagon vs a hatch, likely)

The EV6 is classified as a sedan by KIA. All even number models will be sedans, which is why the EV7 is an SUV...

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an SUV while the Ioniq 6 is a sedan.

The same “caring” republicans who want to force 10 year old girls to give birth to a rapists baby, by saying that it’s OK because adoption exists. Then MTG goes on a radio show and states that adopted parents are “fake” and it’s dangerous to children.

Also, these same Republicans are the ones voting NO to end child
