They should have given the X6 to Consumer Reports. They have experience in rigging tests to force vehicles to roll over, even going as far as exceeding their own requirements to get it to happen.
No interior shots?
Nah nah, his great great uncle was. And he has a nephew who’s Aloha.
Unfortunately for me? PFFT!
This line is partially owned by the state and all the revenue from this line goes straight into the state DOT - so the state basically owns the line over the bridge.
Railroads typically maintain a 1% grade which would mean a 1 foot increase would require 100 feet of approach on either side. A 2% grade (2.5% is pushing it for a normal line but not unheard of) requires only 50 feet on either side to be modified.
My stock 535D M-Sport 3L twin turbo pumps out 465 ft/lbs = 155 ft lbs per liter...
I posted this back in 2018 on the last story about the bridge, and I’ve said it in the past (and have been heavily criticized for it)...

There were three versions of the motor in question, regardless of the car (same motor used in Golf, Jetta and passat).
I’m on my third diesel. My first is a TDI beetle, one of the dirty pre-urea systems. It’s been chugging along for over 268K miles. It still drives, and I handed it down to the son.
Also note, at the time only BMW had the urea technology, and VW would have had to licence it from them at an added cost per car.
of course, since there is no coupe IS...
