A previous CP or NP had a 325Xi Wagon for $5,000. You could just swap in an LS for less than $5,000 and have a car that performs better, sounds better and is more reliable (motor wise).

Exactly. I have the same motor in my C6 with a 4 speed auto. When I first got in it i was like “A 4 speed? What is this, 1970?”
