I have a HP Touchsmart laptop with 2 GB of ram and run Win 10 on it. It’s mostly slow in loading programs, but I’m sure a SSD would speed it up considerably (which I’m sure this tablet has). Bootup is fine, not great.

I recommend Cerberus over prey. Many more features. Even more if rooted. For example, you can open a remote shell and issue root commands thru the browser. Record conversations and screen usage, snap photos of the user, etc. Even has tasker and android wear integrations.
