I was in Austin this year to watch the WEC race and (despite the ridiculous heat and humidity) I loved every second of it. Most of my time was spent at the track so I didn’t get to see as much of the city as I’d have liked, but what little I got to experience of the food, people, and music was awesome.
This post led me to spending over an hour listening to clips of the LFA revving its tires off, so thanks for that!

Running your numbers through my own personal calorie calculator (assuming an age of 28 since you said late 20’s) your maintenance intake should be around 2700 per day, 2100 if you want to drop a around a pound per week, 1700 if you want to drop around 2 pounds.
I dunno... I started a calorie counting routine at the beginning of the year based around the 500 cal/lb rule and it’s basically been working.
Don’t bother working hard at anything, just cram at the last moment and you’ll be able to beat people who work hard because you and your mate are all super genius.
