Don’t forget Dario Saric. Robert Covington, Tony Wroten, Jerami Grant, Furkan Aldemir and Hollis Thompson are all quality NBA role players to varying degrees. Plus the Sixers will likely have 3 or 4 first round picks in next year’s draft to play with. This team isn't really the dumpster fire everyone wants them to be.

One man’s shit-stained barn is another man’s thoroughbred nursery.

I saw these guys outdoor at the Mishawaka by Fort Collins on my birthday last year, and before that at Red Rocks with My Morning Jacket. Both times were unreal and there’s no way I couldn’t love their show. I’m really excited for Jazz Fest next weekend.

He signed a high character, plus athlete on a one year deal to compete with Matt Barkley for the 3rd QB spot. The only thing “unsound” about it is that we’re in for an ungodly amount of press making a big deal out of this.

Wall Street and predatory banks remain largely unregulated years after causing a massive crash. No one makes it a priority to stop our government’s practice of selling lawmakers to the highest bidder. 150 students were just killed by a terrorist organization we supposedly destroyed in 2012 hours ago. I’m not a

Sorry, missed your follow-up posts. Spot on.

They're stupid for not having beacons. If you're smart enough to bring a bacon with you, why would you choose to ski in the backcountry with guys who don't have one? Not only should you not trust those guys, but one bacon is useless without another to find it. That guy is very lucky.

You are right about being safe on a resort but that has nothing to do with the pitch. It doesn't have to be that step to slide, especially if there's a weak or icy layer of snow below the surface. Most trails at resorts are groomed and those that aren't are blasted with dynamite to prevent unwanted slides.

Who snowboards without goggles?

Ay fucking mehn. That is a crazy sentence.

I'm a big Kendrick fan, but you lost me at

I'd say a more thorough examination of how body cameras are used in real life is completely warranted. What's wrong being informed?

The Eagles reportedly offered him $9mill per year. Let's see what he ends up getting with KC. We should also remember that Maclin is from MO, went to college there, and will be playing for the coach who drafted him. This could be more than a business decision for him.

It is good to know what you're getting into. Still, in my opinion, if you're choosing where to get a tattoo based on how much it hurts, I'd say you're doing it wrong.

You middle guys are no good for business. As ESPN has repeatedly shown, it's much better for views to take either extreme side of a debate, create a heated argument out if it and watch the sparks fly. Deadspin took notice, they just have commenters play out the argument instead of paying a pundit.

You're right. It's too soon to say who'll want to sign with Philly. You're right that no one in Philly cares if they can win (now). We think our best chance of winning a championship in the future is to draft a star player or players to build a team around. Those first (not just mid-level either) and second round

Your point about shooters is well taken, but that doesn't make MCW a good shooter. His jump shot is still garbage. Bottom line is he wasn't the guy the Sixers wanted to build around. He's an average point guard at best. Maybe you're right that it's unfair to judge the guy based off less than 2 seasons, but they didn't

This doesn't really say anything about the Sixers' ability to resign it's free agents. KJ didn't want to sign a team friendly 4 year deal with the Sixers as an unproven 2nd round pick. He opted to take a 1 year deal and then test the market. Should the Sixers have given him a multi-year deal for millions before seeing

Not that I blame you but you're clearly not following the Sixers. All of those guys can shoot, especially Covington.

"I think that the ownership group has an agenda set for winning. What happened to us last year with getting damaged goods [in center Andrew Bynum], hopefully it will only happen once. That's the extent of that learning curve. Hopefully, we can be a contender under this ownership group . . . They have a commitment to
