I think the Viper is the car with the highest percentage of male buyers (or very near the top) so she’d definitely be breaking the norm if she got one.

Definitely, this makes me think because I did transport a mattress in the roof of my car once, which was dumb but I never would have thought to use someone riding on top of it instead of strong straps. Also didn’t go over 35 knowing I had basically a huge sail on the roof.

That’s actually not bad for something completely hand made. I mean, it’s a hell of a lot of money but unlike most similarly priced cars it probably doesn’t lose that much value and shouldn’t be horribly expensive to run.

You’re not taking a woman out on a date on one of these.

Chevy Volt and Bolt?

Don’t have any pictures but I moved a queen size bed on mine.

Keyword there is German, I bet pretty much any car driven always in German roads and maintained by German mechanics could do something similar.

...or a car with a “Mayback” plate, something about that tells me it might have not gotten the best maintenance possible.

Sure, but less than half that length is actual usable space in the Lincoln.

So, actually you could in theory buy it and then demand the warranty repairs; if they’re denied (car has probably been declared total loss) then you could sue Autotrader for false advertising?

Haha, same, I’ve got four 2-stroke Zundapps from the mid 50's gathering dust. I know it’ll take more money to get them going than what they’ll ever be worth.

Yup, I was surprised when driving it on a track that even the mighty Miata could have a lot of understeer.

Yup, from the pictures at least it looks very well made

Ha! Just like the old Ford Contour I had in college, one second you’d be driving, the next the whole airbag would be resting in your lap.

Pretty much the same thing that happened to Vampire Weekend

Constantly on, since way before I caught up to them doing 20 under the speed limit in the left lane.

In light of this, maybe not. I lived in Monterrey for 10 years but couldn’t remember the difference between al pastor and trompo and that’s what Wikipedia said. Actually I prefer corn tortillas to wheat on almost everything except a pirata.

I’ve got a few old cars that need restoring and can only work on one at a time so I’d take the offer.

The trompo delivers much more:

It’s called the “trompo” as it’s shaped like a top.
