As someone who is that old and had a Saturn i can assure you its true, the Saturn version came out 14 or 21 days before any other versions.

It wont play the ps3 games via emulation, but most likely they will be available through streams. In the 20-40 Gigabyte cases like Gran Turismo 5 or God of War a good decision

I dunno, i am a big games collector..of the physical copies and not the digital ones but to safe the cd-rom power and time as well i ripped all my ps1 and ps2 games to a few HDD's in the years and am really enjoying that it is possible to "fast forward" a game with the pSX emulator as example, take Final Fantasy IX…

I am sure as many old games as possible will be available through the stream thing on the ps4, personally i will play older titles on the pc though (ps1,2,psp) and the ps3 stays in the living room till 2014-15 anyway.
