One which didn’t make the list (probably because it is so new) is BitWarden. It is open source (GPLv3), has works with all the major browsers (including Fx 57+), it’s completely free (but if you want more two factor options you can pay $10 / year), and they are going to release desktop clients for Linux, Mac and
