Utooni is a word in the jawa language and is most likely a nickname given to them because almost no one understands jawas so they just call them a word they just hear them say a lot...kinda like a pokemon lol. Its a bit racist to jawas.

Dull and slow? what were you watching there is so much action and awesomely choreographed fight scenes in most episodes. Also a fair amount of good humor mixed in. Seems pretty similar even down to the western-y themes.

Idk I find the whole bounty hunter/cowboy thing to be much more thematically and aesthetically similar. Doing things for money and being more western-y is much more cowboy bebop although outlaw star is also similar.
