Steam fanboys never cease to amaze me. Valve only gave refunds after multiple lawsuits forced them to & Steam Brownlight (the flood of greenlight games) made sales dip for them. So as always for a ridiculously greedy monopoly, they knew it was in their best interest to simply allow refunds.
