Jesus, did babies murder your entire family or something?
I’m having trouble seeing it as clearly as you are, but if that’s the case, fair enough. I’d not make that attempt, but I probably wouldn’t bring my baby to the ball game either. Baseball is best watched drunk and I lack hand-eye coordination, so baby+alcohol+incoming ball= video clip filed under “dipshits” and…
Cool moment. As a father of an infant, I’m ashamed to admit how many times I’ve fantasized about this exact scenario.
If you’re a “regular” user and have bought into the Apple ecosystem, Safari is an acceptable browser.
I am a web developer and happen to have a Mac as my work machine, but also have a Windows desktop and a Linux laptop. Neither of those runs Safari, so the Apple ecosystem doesn’t make sense for my workflow. I have to…
What your missing has been mentioned by several people. They just don’t apply to you so you are ignoring them. Developer tools, implementation of technologies, different features that modern browsers should have with implementation of javascript, css3, html5, etc. Stuff that may make no difference to you but you are…
they see you trollin........
“I don’t have to worry about bookmarks. They all just show up.”
Safari is to Mac like Internet Explorer is to Windows. Always there, and forgotten, and only used if you don’t know any better or don’t care.
I use chrome on my MacBook. Safari is trash.
Cuz Safari is not better than FireFox? says me, longtime Mac and FireFox user.
NEVER oh boy. Maybe it’s because I have actual worthwhile chrome plugins (like ad block plus, VPN, and anti-tracking plugins) that certain sites block (or the plugins block certain embedded parts of sites, usually because they’re sketch). So instead of disabling them I just open them on firefox, sometimes, if it’s…
Because plenty of people don’t like safari? (myself included). In the office on my work Mac now using Chrome, and Firefox is the second one I punch up in the case of certain (usually outdated) websites.
I’ll save you the trouble, you’re missing nothing.
On my hackintosh and my work mac I use chrome. I really don’t like Safari’s layout.
> Why would anyone with a Mac not use Safari?
*Most* people don’t use Macs. I’m sorry if you’re offended, but it’s a fact based on market saturation. That’s why the article doesn’t say *all*.
That’s a lot like the story with Jimi being asked the same thing and he told them to ask Rory Gallagher.
Not a true story, but fun nonetheless.
Have heard an apocryphal story where someone asked Eric Clapton what it felt like to be the greatest guitar player on the planet. His response: “I don’t know. Ask Prince.”
Yeah, this ones kind of on you Nuclear alarmists. If the nimbys and anti-nuclear pearl clutchers hadn’t killed yucca mountain, this waste would have a safe long-term storage site instead of languishing in a permanent-temporary transitional limbo at Hanford.
