I actually felt the opposite for some of them. The cheesy vibe made it hard to tell sometimes what they were getting at. Of course I may just be bitter that I am less empathetic than I thought.

I remember searching for these fabled arcades in my youth and always being disappointed that none lived up to the expectation, except for the one in the local mall movie theater which had both the Simpsons AND the X-Men arcade game.

I watched the whole thing one summer on g4 maybe, or some other channel that showed like two or three episodes in a row when nothing else was on tv. while I never became a fan of the show I will admit there were some entertaining episodes.
