Another factor in the below invoice problem... most floorplans have been put on hold so the dealers are not paying interest on their cars, but the manufacturers in doing this have also taken holdback away.

Can we please get off the played out topic that isn’t even true anymore?  Dodge rated as 8th in reliability in consumer reports last year. 

I mean, the Rubicon at the very least DID have a 1" lift compared to a Sahara or Sport from the factory. Just like a 4x4 off-road Ram 1500 has a 1" lift compared to a non 4x4 package.

Working in car and truck sales, I personally have seen a downturn in business customers percentage wise and overall.  This may only be my dealership, but I would be willing to bet its true in many places.   But your theory is definitely correct.
