The Mini Pro has not been $1,000 for a while now...

I plan on opening a card for my daughter as early as possible.  My name is attached to one of the cards my parents use, so on CreditKarma when looking at age of credit history, the oldest account shows as over 31 years while I am only 29.  I’m not sure how much other benefit I get from that old account as I was once

Are these the ones that will work with the upcoming docking station to essentially turn it into an Echo Show?

With an FHA loan, you need to refinance to a non-FHA loan to get rid of the insurance.

On the flip side, given that supply and demand is not working in the favor of buyers, is it a better time to get out of a sedan and into something else?

The combined monthly payment for mine and my wife’s cars was just over $500 when we were paying on both of them. My wife’s car was paid off late last year and since then, I have been “paying” the same amount into a savings account to be used for car related expenses (repairs, down payment on next car, etc.). I can’t

Actually, I too am surprised as they did so much with duct tape and also did an episode where they tested out different out of the box solutions for a flat tire. This included using a man hole cover, which has even less traction than a duct tape tire would have. Other options tried were a tire stuffed with hay, a

Thanks. So far, this year has not been nearly as good, but still significantly better than any sort of regular savings account or CD.

You can get much better returns than that with a 529. Last year, the one I have set up for my daughter returned over 20% (it was an abnormally good year). 529's are not tied to CDs or other normal savings accounts, so when the market is good, you get good returns.

I would have to disagree on two points.

Toy Story Land is not yet open. It opens at the end of June. HS does have a Toy Story ride, but it is not the full Toy Story Land. Until then, HS is half a park and is not really worth going just yet. There are a couple good things for younger kids (Frozen, Disney Jr. area, etc.) as well as a couple things for adults

I would agree if you are vacationing. But as a local who lives less than 20 minutes away and also has annual passes, the experience for the parents and my daughter was worth it. It’s definitely not for everyone, or even for most people who visit the parks, but it was supprisingly comparable in price to what it would

Saving money:

My understanding is that the child is typically covered under the mother’s insurance plan for a certain period of time (I think 30 days). During that time, if you enroll the child in a different health insurance, you just let the hospital and respective insurance companies know and they will work out how to process

Thought the exact same thing while reading through the article. And as someone who will potentially have to sign hundreds of documents at a time (just got my engineering license), I am very interested to see if something exists or how hard it would be to create.

I bought the sample pack from Amazon to try it out and was not a fan. I have already been drinking a meal replacement shake (Atkins Creamy Chocolate) for breakfast for the past couple months, so swapping in a Soylent instead would not have been a big change. The reasons I will be sticking with the Atkins shakes is

I don’t remember the shuttle’s sonic booms over Orlando ever being too bad. I really want to get out to see a SpaceX landing where you get 3 booms (or even better, a double landing like when the Falcon Heavy went up, where you get 6 booms).

Good to know. Saving a screenshot typically isn’t too hard, but it’s good to know that they are keeping a record of those conversations on their end too.

I have heard before that the cap is one full year per paid year. I am at that amount right now but have not had any late deliveries lately to test whether or not they will continue extending my membership.

I can vouch for the fact that they still offer the additional months of Prime membership for late shipments. I last paid for my Prime membership on July 26, 2016. Due to multiple late shipments since then and with contacting customer service each time, I will not be charged for my Prime membership again until July 26,
