Where I live kids can just walk around where they want and nobody is questioning them. They can walk to school whenever they are old enough to go to school. I don't see it as a problem. It's a VERY rare case that they get kidnapped. I'm talking about 3-10 cases a year out of 2 million people.

Facebook has this 'share with specific group' .How come people think it's a google+ only feature. FB had it first.
