An “arranged marriage” is an unwilling but pressured or even forced union -often through threats of varying levels and/or blackmail. Deal with it.

I never get them. Well, virtually never - I’ve had exactly one and I got over it on my own. I think it’s probably a little like cavities or acne where there are some obvious things you can do but that just don’t work for some people. Stay away from industrial supermarket meat and chicken. I switched to only organic/grass-fed meat and poultry awhile ago and it’s made a huge difference. Well worth the extra money.
