Are homeless a real danger? Not really. Do they make you feel in danger? Yes. Humans are not rational beings and make decisions based on feelings. That is why political pandering works and our public policy leaders lie to us instead of giving us the facts.
You connect the winch and straps, lower the bed, tighten the winch, remove the straps, then lower the winch to slowly lower the car down the ramp and onto the pavement. Since apparently Carvana doesn’t use a winch, you have to rely on car in gear and emergency brake. Then sit in car and use the brake to roll down the…
The only problem with the CX-30 is that it’s too good. If Mazda had just mailed it in and made a cheap compliance car everyone would understand. They would sell a few at a loss and nobody cares. The fact that they actually made it desirable, but with a huge glaring limitation is just frustrating.
Remember kids. You’re not only swapping batteries with one car but with every car it has swapped with. Ewwww.
I wish that guy was me.
I had this same problem with my 1917 Stephens when they discontinued the telegraph.
There are some terrible people in the world. One of my life goals is not to live near them.
To advertise your rich status. That is the porpoise.
Wait a minute. Was there really a GMC Gypsy, a term that is currently considered a racial slur? While naming your vehicle after a people is not really acceptable, at least the Cherokee people still use that name. Same for Toureg and the remote Camry tribe.
Ferrari have the resources, drivers, and engineering talent to be good. If they have the right leadership and make the right decisions along the way, they might be back at the front.
The ticket says ‘rain or shine’ and officially a “race” was held so they don’t have to do anything. The F1 streaming offer is actually much more valuable than the “lottery” so that is a good idea. However, if they ever want any of those miserable customers to return, they should offer them a 50% off coupon for next…
A nice David Tracy vehicle. Now that’s a Holy Grail.
Sure, some constituent groups need the money. Some don’t (rich New Yorkers and Californians). Still, the market adjusts based on expectations. If you believe inflation is going to get worse, you raise your prices at the first real opportunity.
Just seems like throwing 2 trillion dollars into an overheated economy might be a bad idea. Some of the things in the BBB bill were a good idea but many (most?) were just giveaways to favored constituent groups that would just add to inflation. If only we could govern by ending unsuccessful programs in order to…
David, a smart, capable, and considerate person continually makes terrible decisions for our enjoyment.
Counterpoint - some of the electronics such as touchscreen controls and even engine management are so complex that it is difficult to always get it perfect before launch. Once a million cars are driving on the road a lot more use cases appear and a bug might surface. Having the ability to fix all the cars over-the-air…
Having over-the-air paid software upgrades allows the consumer to have a choice to get something later that was not available at the time of purchase such as enhanced cruise control. That is an actual benefit.
