There are countless articles that say that the game balls are checked by the officials in the officials locker room. All 24 balls are inspected and put to the correct pressure. They do not make one teams balls different than another teams. There are scientific articles all over the place that say the balls could lose

All twelve of the Colts balls were 12.5 before the game as were all twelve of the Patriots balls. Another interesting thing is that WEEI’s Dennis and Callahan Show. Back in 2011, Brady told the radio station that he actually likes deflated footballs. Now Tom Brady says he likes them fully inflated to exactly 12.5

However, the Colts footballs were also tested and they were all at 12.5. Why were the Patriot's balls the only ones that lost pressure?
