People are getting pretty out of hand over the censorship. Calling out specific Nintendo employees is too far. Bordering on harassment when you start slamming specific people for censored video games.

I’d say its a lot more Terraria than Starbound, but with Starbound adding a quest system now, you might be right. Still, it has the village and aesthetic of Terraria more than Starbound. Although Chucklefish, the studio behind Starbound, did produce it.
