The series is an okay but hacky fantasy series that really leaned into a lot of modern fantasy tropes. I found it generally flat and predictable. It really reads like it was churned out quickly.

I had always switched to a non-support after adding the shields, so it doesn’t show allies health bars then. Testing it out now by swapping to another support and the shields do indeed go away, whoops. Hurray I’ve been wasting time for no reason!
