You can plate a Beta 300cc two stroke in PA, I’ve asked a few dealers who have told me they regularly add the street legal lighting and register them when brand new. At least the Xtrainer I’m interested in is super easy to do.

It is, I sat recently sat in a Laramie at the Harrisburg Great American Outdoor Show that had a bench with the 12" infotainment screen. I was actually surprised they offered this combo.

I test drove a Kia Niro, which has the same powertrain and the most optimistic way that I can describe it was “lethargic”, I have owned a TDI in the past and the torque makes it feel like a powerful car, even though actual acceleration is pretty slow.

Well, this crosses Mazda off the list for my next vehicle. I was seriously considering a manual CX-5, but now the list is narrowed to the Jeep Compass, Subaru Forester, and Crosstrek. The Crosstrek may also get crossed off from the list if the new version is CVT only. I have heard rumors that this is the case, but

Will this really be available in the Plug-In Electric Hybrid model WITH a manual transmission? If so, I’m impressed, as I don’t think any other such vehicle is available in the US. I’m sure it’ll be too expensive, but I’d be really interested.
