I call BS on this, especially since the “flavor compounds” have already been ruined by the crap they spray on produce to keep them looking normal while they sit in warehouses and stores. Only good thing is to buy as fresh as possible and consume right away.

Anytime one eats after not eating for 8 or more hours, it is Break-fast. And we can eat any damn thing we want to Break our fast!
