Cosmos are great quick flowers, but where I live they spread like crazy and then my yard is full of tall leggy stems that have to be cleaned out in the fall. They get 6 feet tall and the seeds blow everywhere and any moisture they sprout.

Sorry though this really isn’t fudge, but it is a quick cheaters fudge. Making good old fashioned fudge with just sugar, cream and cocoa is not that hard but it takes time and strict attention. And it doesn’t always come out, but boy when it does, nothing like it in the world.
