This almost happened to me once. Truck merged into my lane without looking, I tried to speed up to avoid it, his right corner bumper still caught my rear left panel.

I watched it all, skipping the drama bullshit. Absolute scrub supercar owners drag racing professional racers on purpose built racing cars. And none of the euro supercars lost because of the car.

Biggest red flag is using Craigslist instead of Kijiji. Can’t trust a Canadian who does that, eh.

I’m surprised people aren’t straight up stealing them. Being dockless must make it much easier to take and disable whatever locks it.

I wonder if it comes to a point where it’s more economical to dump the cargo in the sea. Eco disaster aside.

No kidding... Just tried configuring an Ecoboost Mustang convertible and a Miata GS with more or less the same options, the Mustang is almost $10k cheaper...

I saw one parked the other day and thought Hyundai had made a crossover that doesn’t look horrible.

Too bad our market is tiny :(

That looks like a parking lot, that bus is probably just parked there.

I disagree. Last time I parked in the shade, my car got covered in sap :(

My old Ford Ka had a full size spare on the outside, under the cargo area. But the lock was also on the outside, so it lasted a whole week before being stolen...

But the big difference is the relative income. In the US, you could buy ~3 gallons of diesel with 1 hour of minimum wage, in Brazil it takes 2.5 days to buy 1 gallon.

In theory, you can put 2 of them a known distance apart, measure the time it took for a car to pass both and put a 3rd one to trigger a camera if the calculated speed is above the limit. It’s basically how a fixed speed camera works, but with air tubes instead of coils under the pavement.

My building uses a tube like that to open the garage doors. It’s pretty common in high traffic garages here in Calgary, I’ve never seen it anywhere else.

My biggest regret is actually buying a brand new Mazda 3. Not a bad car, but kinda boring. Lost a bunch of money trading it for a RX8 a year later, but I’m sure glad I did it.

I have an ‘11 GT, and whenever I have people in the back I have to explain The Procedure To Getting Out of The Back Seat™.

I pay around $1700 canadian pesos for a ‘11 RX-8. And this year my rates went up, because the past year the insurance company had to do a lot of payouts for fire and flood damage across the province... Everyone has to pay more because the insurance company had to do the one thing they are contracted to do...

I currently own a S2 RX8 and I have to agree with you.

We’re still in the 1st quarter and they already have 2019 MY? We’ll get the 2020 MY by October, the way things are moving...

I’m right handed, have right dominant eye, but I wink with my left by default.
