Yeah, I lovveee this idea of this game. Sadly the stages are shockingly hideous. The designs are bad, uninspired, have HORRIFIC color choices, and are compositionally boring as all hell. The worst of it is easily the colors, the only ones that work are the monochromatic stages that are varying shades of feces.

It's felt long than it had been, thought it was a couple but its the 2011 KiT. I'll see if I can find the results.

Amen brother.

EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, its gonna suck. It looks like it could have some nice scenes however. Its ridiculous they are randomly appropriating characters for superficial fan-service.

You do realize the XBL netcode is leagues better than PSN right? I own both systems and play Street Fighter 4 competitively. I refuse to play fighting games on PSN, because it lags just enough to make them competitively incapable. Did you see PSN EVO Online for Street Fighter 4 where Jewelman wins with his shitty E.

Ooo, I forgot that game even existed. Hah, that's probably worth paying attention to.

This argument is appearing useless, but B&S is capable of multi-party PvP.

You're right I don't care about lore. I care about a cohesive, well designed world that is fun to play in and look at. GW2 falls short for me.

The "well told character driven story" was a bit of pandering for people who care.

I think the game is mediocre because beyond the math that makes all MMOs, the combat looks and feels weak. Based on how the PvE is, I really don't like how the game interacts with the models.

If I was a nicer guy I'd let you, ha!

That is a very interesting bit o info there. I didn't realize it was running primarily off CPU. That would explain why it ran unusually sluggish for how mediocre it looks.

I KNOW RIGHT? I feel like a real man now.

My biggest concern is that the MMO gameplay dynamic is very, very simple. Without the graphics its a bunch of numbers affecting other numbers, not a damn thing interesting about it.

Man you make so many assumptions is crazzyyy. I don't play Aion anymore. I found it admirable for many reasons, primarily it's very balanced well designed gameplay. The game is not going to impress anyone. I got tired of it. It was fun while it lasted.

Ah! Exactly, glad you understand what I'm talking about. That is one of my biggest complaints about the game. Is the game feels very meandering, causing a lot of the things in the game to lack gravity for me. Perhaps that will be an attraction to others. For me, not so much.

What the hell? Have you even played Aion? It really doesn't sound like you have.

I'm not mad that I pre-purchased the game. It's annoying, sure. I'm more upset by the fact people are BLOWN, by how amazing the game is, when it's not that remarkable.

I don't care if a game does anything NEW so long as it does it WELL. Aion did everything well to a certain point. Guild Wars 2 does very little well, but has some interesting ideas which have little impact on gameplay.

How so?
