“Yes, we’re familiar with how computers work.”
“Yes, we’re familiar with how computers work.”
That’s actually pretty awesome.
You’ve hit the nail on the head.
“But will you think of the one realistic loading scenario that will cause your frame to fold in half like a taco?”
“Most enthusiast “built” cars are driven on public roads, and most built cars remove tested and trusted OEM components for aftermarket or even DIY setups. “
“but it’s far more likely to actually work as intended.”
“Yes, it is difficult. But that doesn’t stop everyone. I’m sure plenty of automotive engineers are building their own hot rod, or kit car, or lemons racer, or drift car, or classic car, or 4x4, or show car, or Gambler, or street car... You do not need to start from scratch to “build” a car. “
You’re right. Equipping oneself with the knowledge to stay alive and not kill themselves trying to build a machine that can kill him VERY quickly (as demonstrated above) of COURSE would be a reason to NOT acquire knowledge on the topic where said knowledge would have probably been useful.
“Your whole rant is assuming he does know what he doesn’t know.”

“Well if one state consistently has standards that are higher than everyone else’s, then Toyota is going to make every Camry adhere to that state’s standard, as opposed to making one model for 49 of the states and 1 “California Edition” to meets the special standards.
I live in Ontario as well and I still think that they still need to make that fine higher (or have more enforcement blitzes) because I think that there was a poll that was conducted that still said that people STILL do this, DESPITE the fact that the law has been in place for quite some time now.
Because people who dick around on their phones at a red light REMAIN STOPPED (because they’re dicking around on their phones) to notice that the light has change, which amounts to impeding traffic.
Where’s that Tesla fanboi again?
What!? Some people have more money than brains? Say it ain’t so.
One of the trademark indicators in regards to how well someone understands (or is an expert) is something is how well they are able to explain it someone else who has little to no prior context on the subject matter at hand.
P.S. That’s only the theorectical pressure-volume curve.
Stupid.
