I posted exactly the same, TWICE, within five minutes of this “story” being posted. Both were deleted by the author. 

So, Brendan, you keep deleting posts highlighting the hypocrisy going on here. How’s that in keeping with journalistic integrity?

They can’t. Since Harry Reid got the rules changed to only require a simple majority to allow Obama’s federal court appointees to go though (only because, surprise, surprise, the Republicans wouldn’t approve 44s picks for obvious reasons), and now we have to live with the unintended consequences.
