Early in the article it says:
“the Atari 5200 was the first, and for a long time only, console to employ a potentiometer-based analog joystick.”
This is wrong. The Atari 5200 and Vectrex both came out in November of 1982 (within days of each other. But I’m not sure which came first)
The Vectrex had a self centering…
