Not quite.

“Someone on the internet said...”?

Pretty much this; the housing crisis is fundamentally exposing Capitalism’s ugly underbelly. Cites are seeing the most wage growth, which in turn is causing a housing shortage. With a decline in the number of houses, plus an increase and peoples ability to pay for housing, is it that shocking prices for housing are

This is settled law.

I’ve always held Garoppolo isn’t that good; there’s a reason he fell in the draft in the first place.

Yes actually, they do care, given how much money they lost the last time they got sued over CTE. It’s a liability concern, and the cost of said liabilities are huge. That’s why the NFL started to ban helmets that don’t meet safety criteria.

Except he’s not even getting that; the US trade deficit has WIDENED under Trump. In addition, Tariffs are just price markups; the Federal government isn’t seeing a cent of the increased cost, it’s businesses (and by extension, consumers) paying the difference.

Speaking as someone who’s made GUIs in the past: No one ever taught me this *ascetics* thing. At least I recognize my GUIs are “functional” and little more.

It’s actually not that hard to explain.

The Market is simple: Investors bet on whether or not they think a given company will make more money (more profit = higher stock price) in the short term.

Neutral:

Just 3 more years at $21.1 Million per to go!

“I don’t understand how this team is so good.”

1st Gear: Isn’t Market Share just an indicator of past success?  Yes, I get that if there is a ton of brand loyalty then loosing significant share can be an unfixible problem, but chasing Market Share instead of profits seems like a fools errand to me, as, long-term, that same Market Share you are chasing will suffer.

But you see, there’s no contradiction there. Skilled labor is doing fine; there’s an excess demand for it, so our wages are going up and we have a good amount of job security due to lack of qualified replacements.

“This is good, because as much as GM is a big, important company, there are many more voters who do not care about GM.”

To be fair, Uber/Lyft can independently choose to use a front license plate even if the state doesn’t require one; it’s not like Ohio is banning the use of front license plates.

Francesa’s an arrogant ass, but he’s a relatively smart arrogant ass.  He understands streaming is where the growth markets are, where “traditional” radio is dying.

The problem is there’s nothing out there that is significantly better then what the Yankees currently have. There’s no ace for purchase, and a bunch of #2 options...but on competing teams. The Yankees would have to completely empty their farm to get a guy, and honestly it’s not worth it.

I’m going to add one major point to this that wasn’t mentioned in the article:
