Agreed. GM certainly is trying to focus in too many of the wrong areas. They’re very late to the party, and are desperately trying to catch up.

For non-violent offenders, what’s the point of a chase anyways?  It’s not like there isn’t an easy way to tie a car’s license to an owner, and by extension a place of residence.

From a design perspective, it’s perfectly logical that a droids foot sensors would be able to determine temperatures of what the droid’s feet are in contact with; you wouldn’t want a droid to try and walk across hot lava when trying to complete it’s tasks. Having built-in temperature sensors would allow a droid to

To be fair, ~$2 Billion is NOT a lot of money for NY to pony up.

1st + 2nd Gear:

Have to fly there from LGA a few times a year. Security’s been better the last few times I’ve been there.  I find it OK, but consider the comparison I’ve got.

To be fair, they don’t have much room for expansion, ESPECIALLY LGA. I’m not expecting LGA to be good even after the remodel finishes, but I’m hoping it will be “better”.

Atlanta’s security has been a lot faster the last few time’s I’ve gone there, for what it’s worth.

Also keep in mind most emulators focus on playability over accuracy; no NES emulator passes the official NES self-test program yet, for example.

“long criminal history” and has a gun.

4th Gear:

Proving again that the best ideas don’t always succeed.

You can certainly stuff a CAD file into a simulator; IDK if that’s the case here, but you can do it.

What about stealth?  Stealth will reduce engage ranges to the point where cannons may end up being more effective then missiles.

To be fair, Stealth is going to close engagement ranges to the point where cannons are likely to be much more effective then missiles at actually hitting a target.  I believe that long term stealth will bring dogfighting back.

“1. Slow down, especially on turns. Smooth acceleration and turns. Momentum keeps you from getting stuck, so smooth slow driving not stop go.”

Due to being able to support a large payroll, the Yankees can absorb one or two bad signings that would break the budget for other teams. Especially in the 80's-early 90's, you saw George basically make a multitude of bad signings that broke the team over and over again.

Agreed.  Baseball has always been about series, not on-game eliminations.  I’d be “ok” with a three-game playoff for that reason, but a teams playoff life shouldn’t be largely determined by who has the better starter; that goes against everything baseball is.

TBF, the Marlins couldn’t afford Stanton. Due to payroll considerations, Jeter knows he has to build the team from the ground up. By the time that occurred, Stanton would be well past his prime. Ditching him makes sense in that perspective.

I’m a Yankee fan and even I’ll admit Kay is a PoS.  I think most Yankees fans feel the same.
