I think since the Pilaf Gang is now children its showing that GT has been shoved into 1 of those 12 universes Beerus mentioned. which is fine in my book, its not written out of existence and it did happen somewhere but it didn't happen in the Z universe we know.

Some of the movie 14 staff said on twitter that they don't knowledge GT as canon to the anime series or manga, so its probably stated as such. Most likely GT is one of those 12 universes much like how Dragon Ball Heroes is.

I have a feeling this is going to be the trend during the first year next gen. consoles later on. seeing as it takes a full year for a console to be bug free and have some solid titles under its belt, remakes are a cheaper option that have a fanbase equipped to them.

The last gen. console versions were playable but the frame rates did drop constantly. hell I froze my console because I placed too many sticky bombs on cars in one location.
