Yeah its the Fulton Recovery system, introduced in MGS Peace Walker. flys allies and goods up into the air in a comedic fashion.

gameplay has been better since 3 though, PW and GZ are some of the best MGS games to date (4 has its issues with cutscenes but its got solid gameplay too.)

The cable sounds flimsy to use, one good tug and the whole cable pops out. I'd rather use the wired cable thats hardwired to the controller.

343i Hasn't said no to clans yet and theirs been people saying that in the builds they have played there is hints to there being a clan system in place, if its the one you remember I'm not too sure. but you'll be glad to
