The problem is with IP addresses, with fake FB and twitter accounts your IP address is still recorded in some way, leading to a way to ban said fuckwad (unless they are smart fuckwads, then we just got some asshole thats bored out of his skull).

Yeah its gonna take at least a year to rebuild and implement all the features that were on the 360 onto the One. so while none of this stuff is new, its new to the XBO.
