I think the fact that steak fries do require a much higher skill level and better ingredients to really shine - like duck fat vs vegetable oil and longer fry times kind of points out that yes, this is the worst form of frenched fry. I’ve had good steak fries maybe...maybe 3 times in my life. Every other one has been

Not that I disagree with any of your choices...but we’re three weeks into this game being live...we’re still in the early days.

I’m happy to say I was worried about reading some really terrible news here...and instead got an article that boils down to “industry wide problems also a problem at this business in the industry.” Am I happy to hear it? No. But I am happy it wasn’t a workplace filled with sexual harrassment, verbal and emotional

Right. The creators entire concept for the show was “what happens after the zombie movie ends” and what causes it was never of interest to Kirkman.

And yeah, if they are what they are in the comics, it’s one of the better turns the book took towards the end. They do appear and seem entirely out of place for sure though. The comic joked about that as well.

Not going to spoil it, but the Stormtroopers, like most of the best moments of the show, is directly lifted out of the comic books. They’re not part of an Umbrella Corporation style evil company though.

Uh, I get being upset that the show was cancelled...BUT the show was cancelled because it starred children who couldn’t work because of a global pandemic without threatening their lives and who were quickly aging out of the roles. I honestly don’t think they could help that particular decision...

Correcting myself: Nope, they retconned that. Damn, I hate time travel stories.

Small Correction: Nathaniel Richards aka all of the above the father of Reed Richards, not descendent. It’s just confusing because he was born a few hundred years after Reed.  Although let’s be real “It’s just confusing” is pretty much Kang’s byline.

Yeah, it was pretty thoroughly discussed in the show. Allison’s got nothing left thanks to Kevin. He’s ostracized her from all of her friends, manipulated her jobs and had her fired from jobs that would have allowed self sufficiency, stole all of her savings from the bank, and left her with no support system, no

Yeah, this is the exact model path we had with the Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance; DS, DS Lite, DSi, 3DS, New 3DS, 2DS, now it’s Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED. I 100% agree this fits the model of how Nintendo has issued hardware for handheld devices.

I don’t know...I saw this and was immediately transported back to Nintendo during the aughts, because the Switch is really following the DS release model. We had the Switch and the Switch Lite, now the Switch OLED is basically the DSi of the generation - slightly larger, slightly better sound, and just being made to

I just want to point out, this is really very commonly HOW the real world works. People often know what to do, and can point it when they see it in others instantly even as they can’t see how they’re in similar/identical situations. It’s part of why therapy is such a huge, booming industry - we’re imperfect beings and

I feel like you can’t honestly mean that, because this is so relatable. Everyone knows someone who has married someone for reasons you can’t understand. People change over the years, and it’s quite possible Allison loved being with Kevin when she was younger because she also was a partying girl, but has grown out of

I’ll go. No Man’s Sky is just perfectly paced and themed for streaming and gaming. The open nature, at your pace play style matches well and makes a very lonely game feel a bit more cozy.

As a gamer who’s bought exactly one physical copy of a game in the past 4 years - and that was a gift for a child - I find efforts to encourage people to invest in Gamestop at this point fairly terrible.

Oh, let’s just say it - the overworld graphics are dated as hell. They look like early PS2 graphics to me. It’s fine, I will probably still get the games because I am very fond of the originals, but graphically it’s very disappointing.

The best part was seeing the “nexus” and then spellbook in the basement. Is that the Darkhold? I think it’s the Darkhold!

If your fried chicken in a sandwich has the consistency of bread yeah, that would be bad. Thankfully, crispy is the name of the game in recent sandwiches, so that’s not ever an issue - the textural difference of a crunchy chicken crust is well worth the extra carbs.
