These CW programs are being sent with only stereo soundtracks, not Dolby Digital surround as originally aired. Terrible.

According the article, "anyone with an [4th generation] Apple TV can use a version of the FXNOW app" to watch The Simpsons.

I have the previous generation Apple TV. Using its FXNOW app, I can select 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, and optional audio commentary, for season 18 episodes, for example.

Is this only for the new(est) Apple TV? Has anyone gotten this to work on the previous generation model?
