I dunno man. Walmart Canada is now marking down tons of games to a buck. It includes Splinter Cell Conviction CE, Batman AA CE, Borderlands PC, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and 300+ other titles.

@Fata1moose: Ain't that the truth. They just go rocked!

@Nick Hall: Hell yeah! The Queen with a sniper rifle!

@Kobun: A ball and chain I'm sure many wouldn't mind.

While not really a gaming lapton, my Sony Vaio VPC-Z1290S is competent playing recent games.

@Skunky: I've got 2 of them. I don't need 3 copies of Mario Kart DS!

@Leaf Runner: But Sony has successfully held the pirates at bay for almost 4 years. Who's to say the new firmwares won't hold up against the pirates?

@dracosummoner: I remember seeing that and thinking it's pretty silly for a cover.

@Zaos: I had pre-ordered the CE before I tried the beta. The beta update client was horrendous so I just used uTorrent and that was so much faster. After playing it a bit, I wasn't impressed. Picked up me CE today just in case I find someone who wants it.

@Shiryu: Don't worry. I remember it too. I'm sure it was in the old EGM too.

@elmorepow: My launch 20GB is still humming along well. Glad I grabbed one then.

@Green Monkie: I supposed it was the Ron Jeremy one, eh?

You've been able to find pirated games in Chinese mall in the Greater Vancouver area since the mid nineties. There are fewer now since pirates just download them.

@ChiltonGaines: Wealthy Gadabout: I have 2 DCs, and only recent got an arcade stick to play some 3rd Strike and Capcom Vs SNK 2 (never got the PS2 or whatever versions).

@BrianOnTheRocks: Thanks for the info. I'll pass it along to friends who would like to help out as well.
