@Derkaderpader: Uh, and the shouldn't-even-be-there "online" support.

@Sidious Strange: I'm kinda in between that level and competitive. I love to play really well, but it's all about fun. My friends and I used to get really good with random stages and items. Never really got into L-canceling or wave dashing, but I was SICK at dodge grabbing items. It was always about seeing how crazy…
@Nerubasasin19: Yeah the physics are just really sluggish. Although I do like the hitstun effect (or whatever the hell the tournyfags call it) whenever a hit is landed, kinda freezes for a split second. Other than that and the new characters/music, it's not so great...
@mintycrys is on an UBER STREAK!: Ziiiiing!
Isn't Lucario basically Mewtwo?
@ClaudioIphigenia: Yeah, definitely not impressed here.
At first, Brawl was really hard for me to adjust to, but now I'm used to it, dammit. I'm not going back to Melee. The only mods I care about for SSBB are those that eliminate tripping and those that fix the ridiculously broken, overpowered characters like Meta Knight, Snake, etc.
@shouryuuken: The character models in SFIV just look stupid. Especially Chun Li. They all fat and mentally deficient...
@yanipheonu: Yeah, it's pretty much a dying trade 'cause it is so damn time consuming to do sprites. Still, I'll always have a preference for 2D over 3D until the day when GPUs can render 3D with absolute perfection (i.e., absolutely no aliasing).
@Angry Robot: I know, I know. :( The reasons are all clear. It's mostly just a dying wish of mine. Still, the game's pacing doesn't seem to be slowed down by 3D, and it still looks like a lot of fun.
Oh God... God no! As a gaming collector myself, this is just unbearable to look at. :(
How I wish this game was sprite-based. Oh well, maybe MvC4?
@Andrew Foose: "Nothing satisfies like a puzzle solved...or a shotgun shell through the face!"
@Makoto: Eh, I grew up watching anime as well, but every single English dub I've seen has just been completely intolerable. Layton, on the other hand, was very good.
At least they have balls and can admit to something like this. Most lifeless, soulless corporations would release a standard-issue PR reply akin to
Title-style capitalization for your articles, Kotaku? [www.writersblock.ca] #corrections
Ack. I misread the title of this article as "A New And Maybe Better Way To Stop People From Jerking Off Online." Whoops?
@zepyhr: Nah, I have to disagree with you there. For me, a good user experience–EVERYTHING'S about user experience–is significantly based on design (i.e., graphics in the case of games). But I respect your opinion on the subject. There's always that nice cliché, too: "We'll have to agree to disagree." :)
@Makoto: Yeah, I'm not hopefully. I dunno why it takes them so damn long to localize Layton games. Just translate the script and menu and leave the Japanese voice acting (although the UK voice acting is rather good).
@Piccoroz: Eh, I can live with that. :)
