@foofad: Well, he is the CEO, and he is well-known for working very closely with product ideation, design, etc. So I think it's fair to say that yes, he does a lot of the innovating himself.

@sereal: LOL Yeah, right. The last thing Microsoft innovated was Windows 3.1. It's been downhill from there.
