I was able to download the beta installer before they removed it. It installed correctly, but it hangs whenever I try to open it. Is that normal? I'm in Windows 7 64-bit.

@Freyar: It'll release on time. Being bug free, who knows. It's not a big deal though. MMOs are patched and upgraded so frequently, that it won't really matter. I think people are just making a big deal about nothing.

Looks really slick. I still hate Microsoft, but they make a damn good controller. :)

Hm. Interesting. I dunno how I feel. On the one hand, I don't have 15 hours a day to devote to a game like some MMO losers, so I can appreciate that they're tailoring it to people with "casual" daily amounts of time to invest.

Dang, I dunno if I missed out or lucked out by never playing the first The Oregon Trail.
