6:37 no more, I can't, watch any more. Is it a record of some kind maybe? King of fighting the urge to watch this.

@gameproblems: Just for fun, here is Crash Commando on PSN. Without tracers what would happen? Just for fun.

@Purple Dave: Also, another game I think is very well made is Heroes of the Pacific. Once you unlock planes with cannons it gets very interesting, cause when you turn off the HUD aiming reticule all you have to aim and line up your shots is your cannon tracer fire. Heroes Over Europe, the sequal didn't have either

@Purple Dave: Well stated, and very informative. I didn't know a lot of you said, so thanks. I wasn't trying to say at-all that tracers make a game more 'realistic', I'm saying it makes it more fun. It adds another layer to the gameplay elements. That's all. When you are in a fire fight and your last round is a

@Purple Dave: Maybe. I have seen many videos of actual real life guns being fired and have tracer fire, which is every 3rd or 4th round in a clip, not every bullet. Just watch this and say I am wrong. The tracer adds to gameplay and at times accuracy. It improves a players ability to understand a weapons bullet

Doom co-creator and game historian John Romero recently told Kotaku that he believes that programming a bullet so that it's a visible object flying through a game world is, usually, a waste of time. It doesn't give the game designers much of a prize. "The reward is the feedback for what the bullet does," he said. "The

Wonder if he is flying or just using the d-pad, up, down, left, right?

@Aklost: James Bond 007 Quantum of Solace, had the Golden Gun game mode, and Kill Bond mode. Golden Gun was a powerful gold handgun you pick up from the player who had it and dropped it when they got killed. Fired explosive rounds. Innovation of modes is interesting,

@moonshadowkati: Street Fighter 4 fight pads are ok but not perfect. Mine already broke, and there is a slight issue with the large d-pad not being accurate at all times. Still much better than a dual shock though, but not perfect due to size and placement. I had the same frustration with the dual shock, but

Helicopters are sort of an endless God mode, pick your targets and rain death from above with time to enjoy the carnage. They really need to get the controls and camera views correct. Been waiting for a helicopter game since Nuclear Strike and Soviet Strike back on the Playstation. Been a lot of games dabbling in

I would buy a Move day 1 if it came with this game. Check out a 2 part YouTube video of it. [www.youtube.com]

Exibit A. I lost on easy and could'nt figure moves out often. Naturally I can now say it was because it was designed as a quarter sucking arcade game, and in no way reflected my skills, at all.

Be very interesting to see how much a minute and a half is when the game is released. Can't imagine it will be quick regardless, hope I am wrong.

@Syptel: I felt the same watching this, that it all is starting to look the same in 1st person shooters. I am all for variety, but fps is not my genre anyway, I like 3rd person shooters and there are virtually none. Someone needs to make a 3rd person shooter. It is ironic how many shooters pack multiple varied guns

Missed a spot. V. 2

@Zanafer: I have looked into this with other KOF games on youtube and apparently it is a running joke with the King of Fighter series.

I took the "Big Box" theme as a metaphor for the content found in the design of this game and the masses that bought it.

Should change the title to Tekken Owns Street Fighter.

I need Tekken X Street Fighter tomorrow. I just burned out on Tekken 6 recently after months and months of play time. I realized no matter how many hours I played it I couldn't overcome the bound system and always lost to cheap players 10 hit combos. So I put in King of Fighters XII and had a player using a little
