Blood Dragon is one of the finest examples of extra content, standalone or otherwise. So damn good in practically every respect.
Blood Dragon is, I think, one of my favourite games of all time. I’ve played through it I think 5 or 6 times and never have I been bored. It’s really comfort food for me now. When I need a gaming pick-me-up, I load up Blood Dragon and go hunting. I wish more shooters were as fun as Blood Dragon.

I’m halfway through Chapter 2 in MGS V.... I don’t think I will continue. I was holding out hope that Kojima would make a Chapter 3 for the game. Looks like that won’t happen.

I think some people have forgotten or maybe weren’t around at the time. Because this happens often in these imaginings of retro games. This looks more like a 16 bit game with 8 bit music added. The graphics remind me of Super Star Wars. A 16 bit game.
