I think the Switch has some weirdness as well: not having a D-Pad to play on by default, and having to buy a 3rd-party Joy-con that doesn’t work if it’s not docked directly to the Switch’s tablet. The analog sticks are also quite picky on some Joy-cons. I have two pairs, and one pair works fine no matter what, while

I hope SEGA is watching this. They were initially going to have AtGames handle their upcoming Sega Genesis Mini AKA Mega Drive Mini in the future.

I just want Nintendo to realize:

I live in Japan and as tempting as it is to try this out, I really don’t want to support and contribute to something that could spell the end of console gaming altogether. I’m a big believer in owning physical media, mainly because it’s yours for as long as you own it.

Gimme a new NBA Jam with no microtransactions and I would buy that to show support. I’m scared that the upcoming NBA Playgrounds 2 will get the 2K microtransaction infection, since that’s who bought out their studio.

That is so far from the truth. If that was really the case, the iPhone would not sell here in Japan at all, but because it is a well-made product with a lot of Japanese support, it thrives here more than any Japanese-made smartphone.

Wow... there was something great about the Switch that I couldn’t put my finger on it... but what you said was 100% true. As much as I like portable gaming, portable systems are always treated differently than main consoles. 3DS was fun and had some great titles, but to be able to play something as epic as BotW,

TBH, Nintendo did this in order to please the hordes of people (mostly stockholders) that were calling for them to expand their franchises to smartphone gaming and turn a profit. It was pretty obvious that they were reluctant to enter that realm of gaming, basically having their hand forced into action. This was also

The minute I saw the package, I already imagined that it would taste like Lucky Charms. But seeing that this was just a chance for Kellogg’s to cash in on a limited-time licensing deal, I’m sure they didn’t want to heavily invest on giving the cereal a different taste or unique look.

I live in Osaka, tried to get Switch raffle tickets 3 weeks ago (was hard for me to get Fridays or Saturdays off), failed to get one.

If that is their stipulation, it would be very disappointing. They pulled a similar stunt when they brought out that Darkstalkers HD collection for PS3 and Xbox 360, “Darkstalkers Resurrection”, where Capcom said that they would consider bringing out a new Darkstalkers game IF sales for that particular collection was

The people who made AM2R are probably happy, because they were likely responsible in showing Nintendo the potential for remaking Metroid II. I loved playing it back in the day, but it needed a retelling so badly due to its sparseness. AM2R proved that we were very interested to know what part Metroid II played in the

And what have you accomplished in Overwatch to make yourself an authority in OW skill or pro lifestyle?

Wow, I never knew Kirby was named after the lawyer who defended Nintendo during the Universal City Studios lawsuit involving Donkey Kong.

I just want a “so bad it’s good” list... that is probably a lot harder to find than the truly bad games out there.

Here was my reply

I mentioned this before in the original CoL thread too late, but the TLDR version:

All I have to say is:

I agree. I’ve been so busy enjoying the game itself, and the Halloween update goodies, that I don’t mind the continued no-show act of Sombra.
