You do know that a whole new Sync came out on the 2016's right? Have you used that one. I’ve found it to be pretty good

...this is a website, how can it be a rag?

Since these were loans to Ford, Nissan, and Tesla wouldn’t they have to pay interest on that total of $7.8 billion? I mean 1% of that is 78 million. According to energy.gov, the Ford loan help support 33,000 tax paying jobs.

At that school of yours do you also have to take a tool and die class? I ask because it’s not completely accurate that “It doesn’t cost any more to make a part that looks good”. Material cost sure, but tooling cost...no fucking way.

But converting and expanding a plant takes hundreds of millions of dollars. Then it takes time to convert, which is time that plant isn’t building, which is costing the company money. Then it takes months to get facility up to a level to produce quality cars that they can actually sell people.

That would be Keynesian economics: where the government spends a lot of money building up a lot of debt to pull the economy out of a recession.

He might not be, but his Cabinet and the Congress are.

Isn’t there this thing called the “UAW” that would have an opinion on that?

Have you ever been in a assembly plant? It’s really not that easy to go between a wide variety of vehicle sizes without significantly retooling the facility to help best (efficiently) manufacture each vehicle.

Blasphemy. Go back to your cave in the mountains you neanderthal

I don’t know about that. I was at a restaurant this past weekend and there was an i8 and a Gallardo spyder there. The 10 year old Lamborghini was still getting the attention.

Have you been in a Charger? I’m not saying that the interior of a Fusion is worth that much of a difference, but it is sooooo much nicer than a Charger

Better get those autonomous cars off the dealer lots then if they need work.. Put em back in the development phase for a couple years before they’re mass produced
