Kinda depends on his relationship to FIFA in making it. If he was writing the report as an lawyer for FIFA, then that's attorney/client privilege, and fucking with that gets you kicked off of the bar faster than a guy touching the strippers. If he was just a guy hired to write the report, then the obligations are

Presumably if the threat/target is a big enough deal, and/or you don't trust the friendly people you'd have to notify, it's a chance you'd risk. Kinda like how we don't/didn't tell Pakistan about drone strikes since there are concerns about links in the military to the targets of the strikes.

Now can someone explain why being "forced" to not go over 80mph is such a big deal? I mean, really, it's not going to kill you to stay only 20mph above the speed limt.

The stadium clock is probably slaved to the master clock and, due to various latency issues caused by how it's hooked up, gets a little bit behind.

With as much as ESPN likes to kiss the NFL's ass known, the fact that ran such a story would seem to suggest that they have it solid.

It's interesting that Emirates is expecting a doubling of passengers, but nobody seems to want to buy these bigger planes. Obviously Emirates works in an area of the world with a lot of growth, and they do a lot of long-distance ferrying, so it makes sense that they want all the A380s they can get. But I guess

MS tried to make XNA development on Xbox a thing, but for various reasons it didn't pan out, and XNA development has stopped. You can pretty much assume all console games, with rare exceptions, are C++ beasts.

More efficient new cars are great on so many levels, you can't really complain about it no matter where you are. But how long does it take for it to trickle down into the mass market? If you're buying a new car you're certainly getting something that's more efficient than it was, but I imagine I'm right in saying

Yeah but is someone going full Chapman in an Exige even looking at a 911 in the first place?

While Exiges are awesome, they don't have that level of comfort you also get with a Porsche.

I think something old/cheap/obscure (some combination, or all of them); something at a regular reader could pull off but might not otherwise. I like the DS idea. But a rock-solid original Mini really screams at me; you could get a very solid one for a fraction of the budget. Perfect city car, and think of all the fun

Topspin is a wonderful thing

As much as I dearly love them, probably the Elise/Exige. Nothing brings a smile to my face like seeing one on the street (even a happy-as-hell Miata), and they seem surprisingly practical for what they are, but, well...

That ambulance towards the end is priceless

Because civilian-on-civilian violence totally negates a centuries-long documented record of systematic violence and abuse by agents of the state against a very specific subset of its citizens.

Holy hell those windows. I'm taking a 787 across the pond in a few months, and I'm legitimately (perhaps embarrassingly) stoked about it. I'm such a fucking nerd.

I've never really been able to explain why, but something they did with the Turbo makes the 996 styling work on it way better than the base flavors. Maybe the thicker profile, especially through the nose?

He actually kinda sounds like someone you'd (at least, an idealist about the system and how it should function) want to be on a jury.

Yup. They don't come under nearly as much fire as you'd expect, though. Straight down the middle of the pitch is a rare shot, but when it does happen it's usually whacked very hard.

Yes, I own a couple
